Put-in-Bay's last big bash of the Season! This Saturday 10/22/11 is HALLOWEEN!

Put-in-Bay plays host to the largest Halloween party in the area.  Downtown taverns decorate with a theme for Halloween, and many host costume contests with cash prizes.  So dress up in your best costume and head to Put-in-Bay.  The Jet Express operates from downtown Port Clinton to downtown Put-in-Bay all weekend long...dropping you off right in the heart of the action.  Exlcusive late night service to serve you better.  Experience the Ride on the Jet Express this weekend!

Take your sweetie to Put-in-Bay this Saturday, October 15, 2011, and celebrate Sweetest Day!  It isn't too late to visit Put-in-Bay this season, the Jet Express will be running all weekend long from downtown Port Clinton to downtown Put-in-Bay. 

 

The Round House Bar will be hosting the annual "Wake" on Saturday, so dress in black and mourn the passing of another season.

 

The season-ending Halloween Party is 10/22/11 and the Jet Express concludes its ferry service for the year, on Sunday 10/23/11. 

Put-in-Bay gears up for its 18th Annual Oktoberfest

The weather looks great for this weekend's Island Oktoberfest celebration, downtown Put-in-Bay, October 8th & 9th.  German-style festivities, featuring great food and live entertainment for the entire family.  Held under two large tents downtown, in DeRivera Park, just steps from the Jet Express dock.  Hours are 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Saturday, and Noon to 5:00 pm Sunday.  Live Polka and German music both days.  German beer, wine, and everything from brats to wiener schnitzel, German chocolate cake, apple dumplings, German potato salad, spatzel, cabbage rolls & more.

 

The Jet Express is running from Port Clinton to downtown Put-in-Bay, all weekend long.  Catch the Jet Express and head to Put-in-Bay for Oktoberfest!

Put-in-Bay Wine Festival scheduled for Saturday 10/1

The 8th annual Island Wine Festival will be held downtown Put-in-Bay on Saturday, October 1, 2011.  Representatives from wineries across the US will be on hand for tasters to sample more than 400 of their wines.  Sample tickets are $1 each, and most samples range $1 - $5.  Nibble on gourmet cheeses, grapes, canapes, sandwiches and desserts.  Souvenir wine sampling glass included with $5 admission.  Retail bottle sales for carry-out available.  11:00 am - 6:00 pm, downtown Put-in-Bay, just steps from the Jet Express dock.
