Spring Launch at Put-in-Bay Jet Express
M/V Jet Express was officially removed from winter drydock at Brand's Marina on March 17, 2009 and moved to its maintenance dock in Port Clinton, OH where it will be readied for the Put-in-Bay runs it will begin May 1st. The Put-in-Bay M/V Jet Express II, waits patiently in its winter slip but won't wait long as it is scheduled to launch within the next couple of weeks. It is a sure sign of spring when the Jet Express vessels line the Portage River in Port Clinton, OH awaiting the beginning of their season to Put-in-Bay and Kelleys Island.
