Online Tickets at the Jet Express

WELCOME TO THE JET EXPRESS ONLINE TICKET STORE THE FASTEST TICKET TO PUT-IN-BAY & THE CLEVELAND BROWNS GAME-DAY SHUTTLE

For your convenience…Tickets may be purchased online for travel between Port Clinton and Put-in-Bay and the Cleveland Browns Game-Day Shuttle from Lorain.

Advance tickets may be purchased IN PERSON, at our docks, for trips in/out of our Sandusky and Lorain locations, including departures to Put-in-Bay and Kelleys Island. 

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT NOTICE

Tickets purchased online are NONREFUNDABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.

Departure times and routes are subject to change WITHOUT NOTICE.

Will-Call tickets to be picked up at least 30 minutes prior to departure at the Port Clinton ticket window (or onboard the Lorain Jet Express if traveling on the Cleveland Browns Game-Day Shuttle).

Tickets valid for purchased departure time only (If departure is changes by the Jet Express, Ticket will be changed to the next available departure)

WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING MIDNIGHT TICKETS (REMEMBER THE DATE CHANGES TO THE NEXT DAY AT 12:00 AM, FOR EXAMPLE the midnight or 12:00am trip from Put-in-Bay on a Saturday night will be found on the Sunday schedule)

PRINT AT HOME TICKETS will be sent as an email attachment. You MUST OPEN THE ATTACHMENT, to print your tickets.  Make sure to check your spam box if you do not see an email.

A $1 CONVENIENCE CHARGE IS ADDED TO EACH ADULT TICKET TO/FROM PUT-IN-BAY
