Over the years, The Jet Express has evolved into one of the premier family-oriented travel attractions in Ohio, providing excellent service and safe, fun, and fast passage across Lake Erie. We strive every day to not only maintain this degree of quality, but to improve it.

• Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure. If you are not in line to board the ferry by 5 minutes before departure you may miss boarding, please plan ahead!
• Pets are free as long as they are in a cage or on a leash
• Bikes/Kayaks/e-bikes can be taken $5.25 each way
• Restrooms: are at Port Clinton, Sandusky and on the boats
• Cant make the trip? Self Cancelation and re-booking from confirmation email.

• Smartphone with boarding info from your Confirmation email or print out.
• If you don’t have a Smartphone, bring your ID to the TICKET window, and WE can print your boarding pass.

Bookings may be rebooked for anytime during the 2024 season. If travel is not possible within the 2024 season, guests may request a refund via a gift card to be used toward any future purchases with Jet Express. No cash refunds will be issued.
